Tequila

Lime Juice

Grapefruit Juice
50ml
Eezee Foam Cocktail Foamer
12,5ml
Angostrura Bitters

Ice
1 cup

METHOD

  • Shaken
  • Add the Pomelo Grapefruit Syrup into Boston shaker with tequila, angura bitters, grapefruit juice and lime juice.
  • Add Eezee foam.
  • Dry shake (without Ice)
  • Top up with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into a glass of ice.
  • Add an orange zest and rosemary for garnish.
