Shipping Policy

At VDP Distributors, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across South Africa. For remote areas or outlying regions, please allow additional time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Cape Town & Surrounds: 1–3 working days

• Major Cities (e.g. JHB, DBN, PE): 3–5 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, stock availability, and courier services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on:

• Flat Rate of R150 inc Vat

• Orders over R2500 qualify for free shipping at Checkout – It is the customers responsibility to select the free shipping option in these cases.

Free delivery may apply to wholesale/trade clients based on volume thresholds. Contact us for trade terms.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm). Orders placed after hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and, where applicable, a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence of recipient:

• A re-delivery fee may be charged.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
