Any registered business in the hospitality, food service or beverage industry from cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, guesthouses, caterers and event venues. We supply businesses nationally across South Africa. If you’re buying ingredients to serve or sell to others, you qualify.
No minimum order. You can order what you need, when you need it. And if your order comes to R2,500 or more, delivery is on us. It’s our way of making restocking as easy as possible for busy hospitality operations.
We aim to review every application and get back to you within 1–2 business days. Once approved you’ll receive your login credentials and ordering instructions by email. If you haven’t heard from us after 2 days, drop us a message on WhatsApp or email info@vdpdistributors.co.za and we’ll follow up.
We deliver nationally across South Africa. Delivery lead times and costs depend on your location and order size. For urgent orders, get in touch directly and we’ll do our best to assist.
No, a VAT number is not required to apply. However if your business is VAT registered, providing your VAT number helps us process your account faster and ensures your invoices are issued correctly. You’ll still need to provide your business name and physical address.
Yes, once approved you’ll receive login details for our wholesale ordering portal where you can browse the full range, view your trade pricing and place orders online at any time. You can also contact your account manager directly for assistance with orders.
Our current wholesale range includes DaVinci Gourmet, Douwe Egberts Professional, Beverage Chefs, Giraf Macadamia, Red Espresso, Numuti and OmniBlend. We’re actively growing our portfolio, wholesale account holders are the first to hear about new brands and products as they come on board.

There are two ways wholesale pricing works on our site. If you’re logged into your wholesale account, your trade prices will show automatically as you browse. If you’re not logged in, you’ll see our standard retail pricing, but don’t worry, your wholesale pricing will still be applied automatically at checkout once we recognise your account email address.
