Returns & Refund Policy

At VDP Distributors, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a simple return and refund process to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

  • The item is not perishable (e.g., opened syrups, coffee, sauces are not returnable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food and beverage items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Special-order products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged in transit or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Email info@vdpdistributors.co.za with your order number and photos of the item.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If we provide return shipping, costs may be deducted from the refund.

6. Trade Customers

For wholesale/trade customers, all discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Returns are subject to approval and may incur a handling fee.
