Returns & Refund Policy
At VDP Distributors, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a simple return and refund process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in its original packaging.

You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

The item is not perishable (e.g., opened syrups, coffee, sauces are not returnable).
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used food and beverage items

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Special-order products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged in transit or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Email info@vdpdistributors.co.za with your order number and photos of the item.

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
4. Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If we provide return shipping, costs may be deducted from the refund.
6. Trade Customers
For wholesale/trade customers, all discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Returns are subject to approval and may incur a handling fee.
