Grapefruit sIESTA BITTERS
A citrus tequila cocktail with some bitters
INGREDIENTS
20ml x DaVinci Gourmet Pomelo Grapefruit Syrup
50ml x Grapefruit Juice
10ml x Beverage Chefs Lekka Lime
10ml x Beverage Chefs Eezee Foam
50ml x Tequila
1 dash of bitters
Ice
METHOD
Add syrups, bitters and tequila to a boston shaker.
Shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with an orange zest and a sprig of rosemary.
