A citrus gin cocktail
INGREDIENTS
20ml x DaVinci Gourmet Pomelo Grapefruit Syrup
15ml x DaVinci Gourmet Lemonade Base Syrup
10ml x Beverage Chefs Lekka Lime
10ml x Beverage Chefs Eezee Foam
50ml x Pink Gin
Ice
METHOD
Add syrups and gin to a boston shaker.
Shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with some fresh mint leaves.
