Passionate Martini
A passionfruit cocktail topped up with bubbly wine
INGREDIENTS
10ml x DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup
10ml x DaVinci Gourmet Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
10ml x Beverage Chefs Lekka LimeĀ
10ml x Beverage Chefs Eezee Foam
50ml x Vodka
25ml x MCC

METHOD
Add syrups and vodka into a shaker with ice.
Shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Top up with the MCC or serve it on the side.
Garnish with granadilla.
