Wholesale FAQs
1. How do I qualify for a wholesale account?
To qualify for a wholesale account, you must be a registered business or retailer. During the sign-up process, you will be required to provide a valid business registration number, VAT number or have proof of trading as a business. Your application will be assessed by our administration team and you will be contacted with your credentials and instructions.
2. How do I place a wholesale order?
Once your wholesale account is approved, you can log in to the wholesale section of our website, browse the products, and add items to your cart. Orders can be completed through our secure checkout system.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, MOQs are only relevant to our shipping rules. Frequent smaller orders may be billed a surcharge on delivery.
4. Do you offer volume discounts?
No, only wholesale discounts are applied when logged in. Further discounts will only be applicable when we are running promotions and specials.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT, credit cards, and payment via PayFast. For larger orders, we can discuss payment plans or extended terms based on prior arrangements. You can complete a credit application on request and be approved for our various payment term options.
6. How long does it take to process a wholesale order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped immediately. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping lead times could be anything between 3 – 7 days.
7. What are your shipping options for wholesale orders?
We offer courier delivery services nationwide. For bulk orders, we can arrange palletized shipping or work with your preferred logistics provider. We have options available at checkout where you can select shipping via our couriers where we charge a flat rate or a local pick-up from our offices. You can arrange your own courier or collect the order yourself. Orders over the value of R2500 qualify for free shipping nationwide.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment. (Sent via email)
9. What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
We accept returns on wholesale orders in the case of defective or damaged products. Returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please review our full return policy here.

We do not send samples. Please contact our sales team to request tasting.
