blue colada
A refreshing citrus spin on a pina colada
INGREDIENTS
20ml x DaVinci Gourmet Blue Ocean Syrup
10ml x Beverage Chefs Pina Colada Syrup
50ml x White Rum
100ml x Pineapple Juice
Ice
METHOD
Add syrups and vodka into a shaker with ice.
Shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge.
