Citrus Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
25g x DE Cocoa Fantasy Drinking Chocolate
10ml x DaVinci Gourmet Dry Bitter Orange Syrup
60ml x Espresso
200ml x Milk
METHOD
Pull a shot of espresso.
Add the dry bitter orange syrup to the espresso and mix well.
Add the hot chocolate powder and mix well.
Steam/texture the milk, mixing well and finish of with latte art.
Garnish with some whipped cream.
