Raspberry flavoured hot chocolate with a hint of espresso
INGREDIENTS
30ml x DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate SauceÂ
10ml x DaVinci Gourmet Raspberry Syrup
30ml x EspressoÂ
200ml x Milk
METHOD
Pull a shot of espresso.
Add the syrup and sauce to the espresso and mix well.
Steam/texture the milk.
Pour into the cup,mixing well and finish of with latte art.
Garnish with some whipped cream.
