watermelon coffee mojito
Iced coffee with a mint and watermelon twist and a light sparkling finish.
INGREDIENTS
20ml x DaVinci Gourmet Watermelon Syrup
10ml x DaVinci Gourmet Menta Cubano Syrup
30ml x Espresso
200ml x Soda WaterĀ
Ice
METHOD
Add the syrups into a glass with ice.
Add soda water and mix well.
Float the espresso on top.
Garnish with some mint leaves.
