Sunrise granita
Ice Blended Mango layered with Grenadine
INGREDIENTS
30ml x DaVinci Gourmet Mango Fruit Mix
10 x ml Grenadine Pomegranite
30g x DaVinci Gourmet Cooler Base
100ml x Still Water
230g x Ice
METHOD
Add the Ingredients into a blender jug except for the Grenadine Pomegranate.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Add the pomegranate syrup at the bottom of the glass.
Pour into the glass and garnish with some mint leaves.
