Crème Brûlèe Latte

A dessert in the form of a drink

INGREDIENTS

30ml x DaVinci Gourmet White Chocolate Sauce 
10ml x DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup
60ml x Espresso 
200ml x Milk
Ice (optional)

METHOD

Pull a shot of espresso.
Add the sauce and syrup to the espresso and mix well.
Steam/texture your and add to your latte glass/cup.
Torch some brown sugar on top as garnish.
