Coco mojito
A classic mojito with a coconut twistĀ
INGREDIENTS
10ml x DaVinci Gourmet Coconut Syrup
20ml x DaVinci Gourmet Menta Cubano Syrup
15ml x DaVinci Gourmet Lemonade Base Syrup
10ml x Beverage Chefs Lekka LimeĀ
50ml x White Rum
Soda Water
IceĀ
METHOD
Add syrups to a boston shaker with rum.
Top up with ice and shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a glass with ice and top up with soda water.
Garnish with some mint leaves and serve
