Drinking Chocolate Powder is a soluble hot chocolate powder supplied in 1kg bags, built for café service and vending machine fill. The standard dose is 25g per cup in 200ml of hot milk or water, giving around 40 cups per bag. Holds well in milk-based vending equipment without clumping.
