Coconut Syrup for cafés and hospitality

A 750ml bottle of Coconut Syrup dispenses around 75 pumps at 10ml per pump. A standard flavoured latte uses two pumps, so one bottle covers roughly 37 flavoured drinks. Use it in lattes, flat whites, iced coffees, frappés, mocktails, milkshakes and dessert drinks. The flavour holds up against milk, espresso and ice without separating.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an opened bottle last?
Sealed shelf life is typically 24 months from production. Once opened, store cool and dry and use within 6 months for best flavour. Fit a 10ml pump for clean dispensing and to limit air contact.

Which syrups sell best in a café setting?
Vanilla, caramel and hazelnut do the heavy lifting in most South African cafés. Salted caramel sauce and a seasonal flavour like pumpkin spice or shortbread cookie cover specials. Stocking five or six flavours covers the vast majority of orders without tying up cash in slow-moving stock.

How does cost-per-serve work?
At standard trade pricing a 750ml bottle costs R132.17 excl VAT, which works out to R1.76 per 10ml pump or R3.52 for a two-pump flavoured latte. A flavour shot added to a coffee at +R7 to +R8 is close to pure margin.
