A spicy sparkling passionfruit mocktail
INGREDIENTS
30ml x DaVinci Gourmet Passionfruit Fruit Mix
10ml x DaVinci Gourmet Menta Cubano Syrup
1,5g x Ginger Powder
Sparkling Water
Ice
METHOD
Add syrups and ginger powder to a boston shaker.
Shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Top up with sparkling water .
Garnish with fresh mint and lime.
