Mfula Mfula is a traditional Zulu fermentation of bread, oats, sugar and pineapple to make a ‘pineapple beer’. This DaVinci Gourmet version resembles the real thing and tastes amazing.

METHOD
- Add DaVinci Gourmet Pineapple Fruit mix with rum, pineapple juice, ginger, aquafaba and ice in a Boston Shaker.
- Shake
- Pour into glass and top up with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
