Ice blended Mango Granita with Mixed Berries
INGREDIENTS
30ml x DaVinci Gourmet Mango Fruit Mix
15ml x DaVinci Gourmet Mixed Berry Fruit Mix
20g x DaVinci Gourmet Cooler Base
100ml x Water
Ice
METHOD
In a blender, add Mango Fruit Mix, Water, Cooler Base and Ice.
Blend for 30 seconds
In a glass cage with 15ml Mixed berry fruit mix
Add blended mango into glass and serve.
