INGREDIENTS QTY
DaVinci Gourmet Grapefruit Syrup
70ml
Cranberry Juice
300ml
Lemonade/soda
800ml
Vodka
8 shots
Aquafaba
25ml
Fresh berries and fruits
Ice

METHOD

  • Mix Cranberry juice, Aquafaba and DVG Grapefruit Syrup into a shaker with ice
  • Shake for 10 – 15 seconds.
  • Add vodka and ice into a 2L fish bowl with garnish
  • Add mix from shaker, stir well
  • Top up with sparkling lemonade or soda water
