Lekka Lemon is lemon juice that’s made, not grown while using the same recipe as nature.
Natural ingredients like Water, Citric acid, Malic acid, Sugar, Citrus Fibres etc are all blended together in the same ratios found in nature, to create an excellent substitute to freshly juiced limes. It tastes and looks identical and is perfect for cocktails and cooking.
Lekka Lemon is super consistent, available year round, at the same price, without seasonal hikes. It also has a 12 month Shelf life.

Through a bespoke process of filtration, blending, pasteurization and CO2 filling, we've managed to make our Lime juice last up to 6 months without adding preservatives, which is a huge improvement over the 48 hrs that freshly juiced limes lasts. Lime Juice is a MUST HAVE ingredient to replicate South American or Eastern Cuisine, like Mexican food recipes, Thai food recipes, or Japanese food recipes.
